We use your information to verify your identity, open and maintain your Retirement Savings Account, process and record contributions, provide customer support, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and keep your account secure.

We verify your identity using your NIN and other data through licensed verification providers. Sensitive identifiers are handled with strict security controls and are not stored in plain form where avoidable.

4. Sharing your information

We share information only as necessary to deliver the Services for example, with your chosen Pension Fund Administrator (PFA), the Pension Fund Custodian (PFC), the National Pension Commission (PenCom), payment processors, and identity-verification partners. We do not sell your personal data.

We apply technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and regular backups to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request a copy of your data (data export), and request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, regulatory, and pension record-keeping obligations. Certain financial records must be retained even after account closure, as required by law.
